Terms and Conditions
All orders received Monday to Friday before 14:00 CET will be shipped the same day. Orders after 14:00 CET will be shipped the next working day.
Unfortunately items that are listed as "In Stock" may be undeliverable due to inventory failure, damages or that the final item are purchased by several customers at the same time (first come, first serve). If the items can be obtained within one week, we will delay the shipment accordingly to be able to ship the full order. If not, you will be notified whether the undeliverable products will be shipped separately (free of charge) or will have to be canceled from the order (and the amount credited to your card)
Freight is handled by the Norwegian Post. All parcels less than 2 kg are sent as First Class Mail. Parcels more than 2kg are sent as Parcel Force / Special Delivery packages. First Class Mail does not have tracking numbers.
Freight prices are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and is relative to your shipment address and the contents of the cart.
If the order is larger or heavier than the poor mailman can carry, you will receive a notice to pick it up at your local post office. If you live in the Oslo-area, we recommend you to pick up the goods in the store. Then you wont have to pay shipping and you get a nice little chat along with the deal.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid postal-address and to be able to pick up orders delivered at a post office. If an order is returned due to not meeting these responsibilities, the order is canceled and the goods are kept as mortgage.
Credit card use & safety
Payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal. This guarantees a safe transaction through encryption of the information exchanged between you and your card issuer. Tiger does not have access to any of your credit card details, but receives an payment confirmation for each order. Any questions about the payment and cards should be addressed to the respective payment solution providers.
Internally we operate in Norwegian Krone (NOK). The prices we provide in foreign currencies are approximate and may differ slightly from the amount charged from your account at time of ordering. All prices displayed in foreign currency are converted realtime and may exhibit rounding inaccuracies.
In the event of any items supplied by us being damaged or defective, please contact us immediately quoting your order number. The order should be returned for inspection and we will either replace it or refund the purchase price and any postage charges, depending on stock availability and/or individual preference. These matters has our highest priority. Due to the regulations for sell/purchase, the customer have to cover the freight of the return.

Within 14 days of the purchase date, replacement of goods which are unwanted or ordered in error will be at the discretion of Tiger. If accepted, this will require return of the original items at your cost, sealed and in perfect condition before a refund can be issued. The order must be at least NOK 300 in total. Due to the regulations for sell/purchase, the customer have to cover the freight of the return.
You may cancel your order by sending us an email, as long as the order hasn't already been processed.
The valid prices are those provided on the website at the time of the order, and that also will be included on the order confirmation. All products are subject to price change without prior notice.
Pick Up In Store
We encourage all our local customers to choose our «Pick Up In Store» option when ordering from tigernet.no.
Orders that are not picked up within two weeks from the date of your delivery notice, will be cancelled and the payment refunded.
